We celebrated our birthdays here, and the staff went above and beyond! Carlos orchestrated a beautiful dinner with a cake, while Ruth surprised me with champagne and fruit in our room. The warm beach and attentive service made our stay unforgettable. Definitely a spot for a special celebration!

Just a prime choice for a temporary stay in Juan Dolio with excellent value for money. The animation team was incredible with great shows every night that made the stay memorable. Make dinner reservations early to avoid long waits.

I spent a couple of nights here and it was a bummer. The rooms were pretty dirty, and the A/C was super noisy. I couldn’t sleep well at all. The food options were not good either, especially at the snack bar – just fries and soggy pizza. Definitely not worth the price for such a rough experience.

Great service during our stay.

We faced multiple issues with the room. There was a persistent electricity problem in our block, which resulted in a very uncomfortable experience, especially being on the 4th floor with no elevator. The kids' pool was freezing, and we encountered long delays during check-in, making everything feel chaotic.

The room was clean and comfortable, which was a plus. The staff made sure to replace towels and toiletries daily, as long as you hung the sign on the door. However, the furniture felt a bit dated, and a few things like light switches didn't work properly.
